Cervical screening at Old Leake Medical Centre
As September was gynaecological cancer awareness month, we really enjoyed the opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of the cervical screening service. We took this opportunity to encourage all patients who were eligible at this time to come and gain further information, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We are extremely grateful to Staples Vegetables Ltd, Charles Wrights and Oldrids of Boston for sponsoring this event we held at Old Leake Community Centre. As a Practice we have already seen a significant increase in the amount of patients who have booked and attended for screening and we are incredibly happy as a Practice with the positive impact of this on the lives of our patients.
