About our Patient Group

A Patient Practice Group (PPG) is an important link between the practice and patients. The aim of a PPG is support the practice on patient related issues, communicating patient ideas, suggestions and feedback to the practice to ensure that patient voices are heard and can be considered in the delivery of healthcare services within our community.

The PPG consists of a group of patient members, who have a meetings with the practice every two months, they form the ‘voice’ of the patients and are working to help shape the services and care we provide here at Old Leake Medical Centre.

If you have some time to spare and are interested in becoming more involved with the practice please contact the PPG chair, Kim Hunt via email (kimmyPPG1@gmail.com) or PPG vice chair, Kerry Francis (vicechairppgolmc@icloud.com) to apply to become a PPG member.
