To make an appointment dial 01205 870666 and press 1 to speak to a receptionist.

All appointments with our GPs are booked initially via telephone triage. The GP will then book you for a face to face appointment as needed. They can also do a video consultation with you.

Emergencies

For life threatening situations, do not phone the surgery, dial 999 immediately. If your situation is not life-threatening, but it is more urgent that needing an appointment at the end of surgery, dial 01205 870666 and press 1. This connects you directly with a receptionist.

Please note that if you use this service inappropriately you will be asked to ring back on the appropriate line as your call is blocking the emergency number.

Out of hours (after 6.30pm and before 8.00am) please use the NHS 111 service.

Home visits

We expect you to attend the surgery when you need medical help. This allows us to look after you with the right equipment and with other staff available to help us.

However, if you are unable to attend the surgery due to ill health we will visit you at home.

Please telephone before 10:30am and ask the receptionist to add you to the visit list. You will normally be visited after morning surgery.
