If your employer requires you to have certain vaccinations, particularly Hepatitis B, for work purposes, but is unable to provide the vaccinations themselves, we may be able to enter into a contract with your employer to provide this for you.
We will need the signed contract and payment before we are able to proceed with the vaccinations.
