It has been brought to our attention that Pilgrim Hospital Outpatient department do not send patients their appointment details until one week before the appointment date. This has been raised with the Clinical Commissioning Group and is being investigated. Please do not ask the practice to chase your appointment as we are just told that they are not allocated yet.
